Production oversight

    Approved specifications

    Production begins only against a written specification you have reviewed and approved — model, configuration, inclusions and upgrades.

    Production milestone updates

    We keep you informed as your building moves through key production milestones.

  3. 03

    Halfway-through-production review

    Photos or video of your building at the midpoint of production, so you can see the structure taking shape.

  4. 04

    Completed-production review

    Photos or video of your finished building before it leaves the manufacturing facility.

  5. 05

    Independent third-party inspection

    Domicina can arrange independent third-party inspection as part of its quality-control process. Whether it is included is confirmed in your written order.

  6. 06

    Pre-shipment inspection

    Where included, a pre-shipment inspection helps verify workmanship, product condition and the agreed specifications before shipment.

  7. 07

    Post-arrival inspection

    Where applicable, a post-arrival inspection reviews the building's condition after delivery to your site.

Whether an inspection is included for your order is confirmed in your written order documents. An inspection is not a certification, warranty or guarantee, and does not confirm compliance with local building codes.
